Eileen Moss, Esq., (FIU, BBA, '82)
Partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, law firm. Mrs. Moss' practice is concentrated on the defense of products liability, complex commercial litigation and employment litigation. She has handled the defense of numerous class actions, including those dealing with settlement fraud, truth in lending, consumer protection statutes, and employment discrimination. Mrs. Moss also serves as National Coordinating Discovery Counsel for a Fortune 50 company with respect to serial product litigation involving one of the company’s products. She received her J.D. in 1986 from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Florida Bar's Trial Lawyers Section, and has been a member of the FIU Foundation's Board since September 2008. She and her husband Edward are residents of Miami-Dade County. |
