Sponsor is a charitable foundation that serves as a direct support organization of Florida International University.  It is our policy to collect no personal information about you when you participate in the Sweepstakes unless you affirmatively choose to make such information available to us.

If you choose to share personal information with us, by submitting a registration or completing a survey,  we will use the information only for collecting demographic information about Sweepstakes participants on an aggregated basis to assist Sponsor or the University or to provide information about Sponsor or University events to you. Otherwise, we will maintain the information you provide confidential. We will not disclose personally identifiable information about you unless required to do so by state or federal law.
